ACCOMMODATIONS
The houses are located in Lincolnville on a beautiful & quiet section of the Megunticook River, across from Fernalds Neck preserve. Hosted on Kristin Meyer’s family land, this is a unique environment with generations of memories. We are very grateful to Kristin for hosting us.
Workshops are held in the barn or on the land. The Workshop Barn inlcudes a large open floor for workshops, a curated performance book library upstairs and a dining and snack area downstairs where snacks and coffee are always available and lunch is served daily.
The prices under each room include the full price of Tuition which includes your room, workshops and all meals. Tuition price varies depending on accommodation. Attendees can come as solo individuals or can share a bed as a duo- individual tuition prices are lowered in this case. *Travel is not included.
Prices for the Queen beds are listed at a sliding scale. Your ability to paymore will contribute to making the program accessible to other participants, any amount you can pay above the base price will be applied to scholarships.

LAKE HOUSE
The Lake House has 3 private bedrooms and 1 shared room with 2 twin beds + 2.5 baths ( 1 on each floor). The house sits at the end of a private road and has a lawn, private dock floated in deep water, and a deck overlooking the lake. The home has a three level layout with separate sleeping quarters. You enter a lakefront living room with two sitting areas, a kitchen, dining room, powder room, deck (with dining table and gas grill), and mudroom. The house is equipped with reliable, high-speed internet.

The upper level rooms are adjoined by a full bathroom (shower and bathtub). The lower level has a shared full bath (shower), and a laundry room.

LAKE HOUSE COMMON AREAS
TREE HOUSE
( 2 bedroom shared bungalow ) The Tree House is a small private 2 story stilt house overlooking the lake. It is not actually set in a tree but rather stilted over giant boulders giving it height and a beautiful view. This space has a queen bed on the lower level and two twin beds upstairs which you enter from a spiral staircase on the lower level. There is a deck looking out at the lake, a hot plate for teas, etc, as well as access to a separate bathhouse with a pine shower and toilet a short walk a way next to the hot tub. Please note: Access to a full kitchen is in the main house, The bathroom is not attached and the queen bed downstairs is not private but rather shares space with the spiral staircase access to the second bedroom. There is no wifi available here but can be accessed in the main house and barn.

BOAT HOUSE
( shared house with 2 private rooms and 1 bunk )The Boat House is a semi private house set right on top of the lake. There are 2 rooms and a common area as well as a front porch. The common space has a kitchen and living room. The bathroom is a short walk up the hill in a separate bathhouse. The bathhouse includes a clawfoot tub, a shower and a toilet. Please note: there is a slight hill you must travel walking from the barn to the boat house.

WORKSHOP BARN
All workshops will be held in this beautiful 30’ x 50’ barn on the property.
